On November 11, 2017, one of our tastings took place again - this time the & ldquo; Dry Aged Whiskey Dinner & ldquo;
In the afternoon, this began with an odor and taste analysis of various types of whiskey at the Gadierwerk in Bad Salzuflen. Later, together with butcher Stefan Koring from Bielefeld, a Limousin beef was cut up, which was then served as a 3-course menu with matching whiskey-aged cuts.
We have had a successful evening with wonderful guests and countless enjoyable moments behind us. We are already looking forward to the next tasting!
