On November 11th another one of our tastings took place – this time the “Dry Aged-Whiskey-Dinner”
In the afternoon this began with a smell and taste analysis of different Whiskeys at the “Gadierwerk” in Bad Salzuflen.
Later, together with butcher Stefan Koring from Bielefeld a limousine beef was dissected, which was in the end served as a 3-course menu with matching Whiskey Aged Cuts.
 
It was a successful evening with wonderful guests and countless enjoyable moments.
We are looking forward to the next tasting!
